As of October 1, 2006 a rental registration ordinance was put into effect requiring all property owners of rental units to register the property with the Town of Barnstable Health Division. This includes all Summer Rentals.

If you already created an
account, which is your email address then you can

Registration, Apply Online. If you don't have
an account, you will need to create one.

There is a fee of $90 and $25 for each additional unit on the same parcel.
Failure to comply with this Ordinance may result in the issuance of a non-criminal ticket citation in the amount of $100.
