 Project Information

• The project will provide a comprehensive analysis of the available development and recreational opportunities on property around the Barnstable Adult Community Center. This is a multi-department project that explores concepts and preferences for infill senior housing, expanded outdoor recreational opportunities, and ways to improve pedestrian and recreational connectivity with the adjacent Barnstable Public School property. The process will result in a comprehensive development plan for the area, taking into consideration existing site conditions and constraints, project goals and objectives, and input from stakeholders and the community.
