Located within the Hyannis Arts & Cultural District and in close proximity to Main Street, the Town offers 64 metered short term parking spaces at the Ocean Street Lot.

The lot directly abuts the Town Hall Green and Bandstand, Main Street and is a short distance from Aselton Park and Bismore Park.

Spaces can be paid for by credit card, coins or by your smartphone with our Parking app and Parking rates are as follows:

May 1 – October 14:  $2/hour 1st 2 hours and $3/hour thereafter. 6 hour maximum.

October 15 – April 30, 12 hour maximum, $1/hour.

In addition to hourly parking, there are two different types of parking permits valid for the Ocean Street Lot:

• Parking permits are available to qualified residents and businesses. Click here to view procedure and application; and
